Privacy Policy
Mahjong Ready is a calm visual coach for learning American Mahjong. We built it to respect your privacy completely. In plain terms: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. Mahjong Ready has no account or sign-in, asks for no personal information, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are, and we never see how you use the app.
Data stored on your device
To make the app useful, it saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, using Apple's standard on-device storage:
- Your practice progress and per-skill mastery estimates
- Whether you have finished onboarding and the rules primer
- Your in-progress or most recent game, so it survives relaunch
- Your settings, such as larger tiles, simple home, and difficulty
This information never leaves your device, is not sent to us or anyone else, and is not backed by any server. It is removed when you delete the app.
Network use
Mahjong Ready makes no network connections. It works fully offline and contains no embedded third-party code, SDKs, or services.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data and contacts no servers, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices ever change, we will update this page and revise the last updated date above.
